Booking and confirmation
When booking, the customer must state their name, residential address, arrival-departure time and method of payment. The reservation is binding on the property when it is confirmed orally, in writing or by e-mail, for example.
The booking made by the customer is binding when the customer has received the booking confirmation in their email from Hostel Naurava Kulkuri booking system. The booking system provides automatic confirmation of the agreed services, prices and cancellation policy.
Arrival and departure at the hostel
The room is available from 15:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations and no-shows
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge no later than 15:00 on the day before the reservation. In case of no-show, the hostel reserves the right to charge one day.
Customer presence
Hostel guests must follow the hostel’s rules of procedure and the instructions and regulations issued by the authorities. The hostel policy is also available in the hostel room.
Hostel guests should behave in such a way that they do not cause disturbance to other hostel guests. If a hostel guest behaves in a disruptive or otherwise materially negligent manner, they may be removed from the hostel without prior notice, in which case they will not be entitled to a refund or compensation.
Alarm and other costs resulting from a breach of the rules are always paid by the person who caused the alarm or ultimately by the contact person for the booking.
We will charge the notifying customer (or contact person) for the costs of an alarm for any unreasonable or spoil contact that results in action or an alert visit.
In the event of an alarm visit to the hostel caused by the hostel’s own error or negligence, we will charge the customer for all costs incurred during the visit.
The hostel guest (or the contact person ultimately indicated at the time of booking) is responsible for any damage he or she causes to the hostel or a third party. A hostel guest is obliged to compensate for any belongings that he or she intentionally or negligently violates or unauthorizedly takes away from the hotel premises.
Smoking is not allowed inside the hostel
Smoking can cause an automatic fire alarm. The person who smokes on the hostel’s premises (or ultimately the contact person for the booking) is responsible for all alarm, maintenance and cleaning costs due to smoking.
Responsibility for the customer's property
The hostel is not responsible for the guest’s property.
Parking is not a supervised area, Hostel Naurava Kulkuri is not responsible for the guest property there.
